What are the defects?

The tether strap is not labelled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Notice No. 8 of 2007. The tether strap failed to include the following caution: "WARNING: USE THIS STRAP TO STOP THE PRAM/STROLLER ROLLING AWAY".

What are the hazards?

Consumers will not be alerted to the roll away hazard because the strap is not marked with the mandatory warning.
