What are the defects?

The plastic component in the likeness of a cherry on top of the toy cupcakes may become detached and is a small part.

The item does not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation).

What are the hazards?

If the toy cupcake decorations dislodge during use, they may pose a choking hazard to young children.
